Shipping policy

A third party company handles all our shipping nationally. All shipping takes up to 5-10 working days for national delivery, this does exclude public holidays and weekends. 

Once the checkout process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and all necessary information for the tracking of your purchase.

Shipping of orders will take place once proof of payment is received by MAG-AU-TA 

MAG-AU-TA will not be held liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond the control of MAG-AU-TA (Force majeure) including and not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, fire, theft, global pandemic; in the event that such occurrence should happen MAG-AU-TA will communicate and notify affected parties in a timeous manner to try and minimise such effect.

The customer will be liable for all shipping costs including value-added tax(15% Vat).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy, UPS, and other reputable carriers through our third-party export partner. Delivery times vary depending on location, typically spanning 10-20 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

When ordering outside South Africa, the recipient assumes the role of importer and must adhere to all laws and regulations of the destination country. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be imposed upon receipt of the shipment, for which the recipient is responsible. MAG-AU-TA cannot predict or control these charges.

Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Any refusal of shipment due to unexpected import fees will not be eligible for refund, including the original shipping and return shipping charges.

MAG-AU-TA exclusively engages third-party international courier services for exports and does not facilitate returns, refunds, or exchanges for international transactions.
